Community Services
Community services assists low-income families and individuals by looking at all their needs and resources to reduce barriers by utilizing several programs such as:

| Emergency Medical Program |
| Rental/Mortgage Assistance Program |
| Utility Assistance Program |
| Telephone Assistance |
| Homeless Assistance Program |
| Youth Assistance |
These programs operate at 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (Income Guidelines) except for USDA Emergency Food Assistance Program known as TEFAP
