FREE Community BBQ

Saturday. September 16th 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Open to the public at the Twin Falls City Park

The South Central Community Action Partnership a non profit organization will be celebrating its Annual Community Partnerships in Action hosting a FREE BBQ and Community Awareness event. The event is open to the public at the Twin Falls City Park from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday. September 16, 2017. Magic Valley area service providers and businesses will be distributing information that includes programs for job training, education, senior benefits, affordable housing, financial management, veteran’s services, drug and alcohol counseling, emergency disasters and programs that benefit kids.

There will be food, games for the kids, face painting and local high school bands to play music in the band shell. Bring your family and friends as you don’t want to miss all the fun and learn what Magic Valley community organizations are doing to make South Central Idaho a great place to live.

School Supplies Available at SCCAP

SCCAP will see clients on a walk in first come first serve basis:
Monday thru Thursday between 8:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Items to Bring:

  • Proof of Registration
  • School Supply/Fee List
  • Photo ID for the person coming in to apply
  • Social Security Cards for each household member 30 days proof of income for household members over 18


If your child did not need to register due to attending the same school as last year you will need to visit the school office to get proof of registration. Anyone without income will need to visit www.labor.idaho.gov/claimantportal to print out a Projection Screen
