FREE Community BBQ

Saturday. September 15th | 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM | Open to the public at the Twin Falls City Park

The South Central Community Action Partn5ership a non profit organization will be celebrating its Annual Community Partnerships in Action hosting a FREE BBQ and Community Awareness event.

The event is open to the public at the Twin Falls City Park from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday. September 15, 2018.

Magic Valley area service providers and businesses will be distributing information that includes programs for job training, education, senior benefits, affordable housing, financial management, veteran’s services, drug and alcohol counseling, emergency disasters and programs that benefit kids.

There will be food, games for the kids, face painting and local high school bands to play music in the band shell. Bring your family and friends as you don’t want to miss all the fun and learn what Magic Valley community organizations are doing to make South Central Idaho a great place to live.

Annual Community Partnerships in Action Event

Saturday, September 15, 2018 - 11:00am to 3:00pm

Well, its hard to believe that it is that time again. The Annual Community Partnerships in Action Event will be Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at the Twin Falls City Park.

South Central Community Action Partnership will be celebrating 51 years of service this year in the Magic Valley. If you have a milestone this year please let us know so we can highlight your organization as well.

The booth sign up form is attached (click the button, below). Spaces with electricity are limited so if you will need power please get your form in early. Booth spaces are "free" but we ask that you please provide a raffle item. This is not required to participate but is helpful. There is no deadline for signing up but if you wish to have your organization included in the program, please have your form back to me no later than August 30th.

Once the event gets closer I will be sending out a map with your general location of your booth. If you participated last year you will most likely be in the same spot. We are excited to have you join us. If you know of anyone that would like to have a booth at this event please feel free to share this email and sign up form. Please remember that you are not able to "sell" anything at your booth. This is a free event to the community.
