SCCAP assists low-income families and individuals by looking at all their needs and resources to reduce barriers by utilizing several programs such as:

- Family Development
- Budgeting
- Food Assistance
- Emergency Medical Program
- Rental Assistance Program
- Utility Assistance Program
- Homeless Assistance Program
- Transportation Assistance
- Back to School Program

For Housing and utility assistance:
A photo ID for the person coming into apply
Social Security cards for each member of the household
Proof of income for the last 30 days for each household member over the age of 18.
Depending on what you are needing assistance with (power, rent, etc) you will need to bring the shut off notice, eviction notice, etc.
