RESPONSIBLE TO: Self-Help construction manager
JOB SUMMARY: This role supervises day-to-day construction site activities for a self-help housing program, acting as the on-site leader for group members, volunteers, and subcontractors. The supervisor ensures homes are built safely, correctly, on schedule, and ensures quality control, while teaching construction skills to group members and volunteers with little or no experience. The position works closely with a construction manager, manages job-site operations, tracks progress, and enforces safety standards. evenings and Saturdays are required, however exact day and times will be able to modify as needed.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Crew leader/ Weatherization Production Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: This position will perform with little or no supervision and be able to deal with variables in relation to instruction with proficiency. Must have organization skills and be able to plan own work schedule with ability to modify as needed. Must be able to speak and write clearly to exchange information with clients and agency personnel. Must be able to compile data and carry out prescribed actions in relation to information gathered or analyze the elements of the problems identified. Job requires proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
